Resolutions Approved at Fall Leadership Meeting

On Oct. 3, two (2) resolutions were approved by NAHB delegates at the Fall Leadership Council Meeting in San Antonio.

• 2024.10 No. 2 Energy Efficiency Enhancements in Existing Buildings
• 2024.10 No. 3 Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Resolutions for the Leadership Council meeting at the International Builders’ Show will be due Friday, Jan. 17, 2025, in order to be prepared and circulated in advance of the meeting. After this date resolutions and recommendations may still be submitted for consideration at the Leadership Council meeting, but will require a two-thirds majority vote, rather than a simple majority for passage.
